Practical cases (benchmarks)

This rubric proposes to illustrate the functioning of BLIASoft Knowledge Discovery by the study of some practical cases of datasets.

Fisher's Iris Data Set. This famous problem of classification consists in separating a sample of 150 irises following 3 species.

Wine recognition data Set. A problem of wine classification based on the chemical composition.

Concrete Compressive Strength Data Set. The objective of this regression problem is the modelling of the compression behaviour of concrete.

Most of these data sets come from the UCI Machine Learning Repository (http://archive.ics.uci.edu/ml/index.html), Irvine, CA, University of California, School of Information and Computer Science.
